Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These are the rules for using SpinWheelGen. They’re not meant to be scary — just clear. By using our site or app, you’re agreeing to what’s below.

Using SpinWheelGen — the website at spinwheelgen.com or our mobile app — means you’ve read this page and you’re okay with it, along with our Privacy Policy. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, the simplest thing is not to use the service. Once you do use it, this becomes a real agreement between you and us.

We offer free tools for making quick, random decisions — things like:

  • Custom spin wheels you can fill with your own entries
  • Name pickers and group/team generators
  • Yes/No wheels and number generators
  • Ready-made templates you can use as-is or tweak

We provide this “as is.” Features might change, get added, or get removed without a heads-up — that’s just how a free tool evolves.

You need to be at least 13 to use SpinWheelGen. If you’re between 13 and 18 (or under the legal adult age wherever you live), a parent or guardian needs to be okay with you using it and technically agrees to these terms on your behalf.

By using the service, you’re telling us you meet that bar. We don’t knowingly gather personal data from anyone under 13 — if we find out we have, we delete it right away.

Some features may need an account. If you make one, please:

  • Give us real, accurate info
  • Keep it updated
  • Don’t share your login with anyone
  • Tell us fast if you think someone else got into your account
  • Understand that you’re responsible for what happens under your account

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules or look like a security risk to us.

Whatever you type into a wheel — names, labels, lists — is still yours. We’re just given a basic, non-exclusive license to store and display it back to you so the tool works.

That said, please don’t add content that:

  • Breaks any law
  • Is hateful, threatening, or harassing
  • Targets people based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, or orientation
  • Is sexual or explicit
  • Includes someone else’s personal info without their okay
  • Steals someone else’s intellectual property
  • Is spam, a scam, or deliberately misleading

We can remove content that crosses these lines, at our discretion — we won’t always warn you first.

Please don’t:

  • Use SpinWheelGen for anything illegal
  • Try to break into parts of the system you’re not meant to access
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the site
  • Try to reverse-engineer or take apart how it works
  • Mess with the site’s performance or availability on purpose
  • Get around any security features
  • Pretend to be someone you’re not
  • Spam people using our tools
  • Resell or commercially repackage the service without asking us first
  • Use it for gambling or betting purposes

Breaking these rules can get your access cut off immediately, and in serious cases, reported to the right authorities.

Everything that makes up SpinWheelGen — the design, code, logo, graphics, text — belongs to us (or to whoever licensed it to us), and it’s protected under copyright and trademark law.

We’re giving you a personal, non-commercial license to use the site — nothing more. You can’t copy our design, rip out our code, or reuse our branding without written permission from us. “SpinWheelGen” and its logo are ours; this agreement doesn’t hand you any rights to them.

To keep SpinWheelGen free, we run ads and rely on a few outside services:

  • Google AdSense / AdMob — serves the ads you see; may use cookies to personalize them based on your browsing. You can adjust this at Google’s Ad Settings.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage stats that help us improve the product.
  • Other tools — we may add services for things like login, monitoring, or support down the line.

We don’t control what these third parties do with data on their end, and any links to outside websites are just for convenience — we’re not vouching for what’s on the other side of them.

If you’re using our app from an app store, you’re also bound by that store’s own rules, on top of ours.

Purchases (if applicable): Any subscription (like a Yearly Pro plan) or one-time unlock (like a Lifetime Pro purchase) is billed through your app store account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends — manage or cancel anytime from your App Store account settings.

On iOS, you’re also subject to Apple’s standard EULA.

The app may ask for permissions (like storage access) just to run core features — we don’t use them for anything beyond that. From time to time we’ll push updates, and some may be required before you can keep using the app.

We provide SpinWheelGen “as is,” with no promises that it’ll always work perfectly, be error-free, or produce results that are always accurate for your specific situation.

Please note: this tool is meant for fun, learning, and everyday casual decisions — not for anything with serious consequences. Don’t use it for legal, medical, financial, or gambling decisions.

To the extent the law allows it, we (and our team) aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or anything similar tied to using (or not being able to use) SpinWheelGen.

If we are found liable for anything, our total responsibility is capped at whichever is greater: what you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD.

(Some places don’t allow limits like this — if that’s you, this section applies only as far as your local law lets it.)

If your use of SpinWheelGen — or content you added, or a rule you broke — ends up causing us legal trouble, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and legal fees related to defending against it.

We can suspend or shut down your access, with or without warning, if we think you’ve broken these terms or the law.

You can also just stop using the service anytime. Want your account deleted? Email [email protected].

Sections that naturally need to outlive termination — disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification — stay in effect even after your access ends.

These terms follow applicable law without getting into conflict-of-law technicalities. If a disagreement comes up, we’ll first try to sort it out directly and in good faith. If that doesn’t work, it moves to binding arbitration — except either side can still go to court for urgent injunctive relief.

Where legally allowed, you agree not to bring or join a class-action claim against us.

We may update this page occasionally — the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect that. For bigger changes, we’ll try to flag it clearly in the app or website. Keep using SpinWheelGen after an update, and that counts as accepting the new terms.
