This policy covers SpinWheelGen (“we,” “our,” “us”), our website at spinwheelgen.com, and our mobile app. It explains what data we gather when you use our wheel spinner, why we gather it, and what say you have over it. Using SpinWheelGen means you’re okay with the practices described below.

• Rough location (based on IP — country/city level, not precise)
• How you use the site (pages visited, buttons clicked, time on page)
• Standard server logs (for troubleshooting and security)

• Wheel entries, saved wheels, and templates you build
• Anything you write to us via email or a contact form

Stays on your device:

• Most wheel data (your entries, colors, settings) is saved locally in your browser. It never touches our servers unless you actively save or share a wheel.

• To make the wheel spinner actually work and remember your settings
• To fix bugs and figure out which features people actually use
• To answer your emails and support requests
• To show relevant ads (this keeps the tool free — more in Section 5)
• To keep the platform secure and stop abuse

We use HTTPS, access controls, and regular security checks to keep your data safe. That said, no online system is 100% unhackable, so we can’t promise absolute security — but we take it seriously.

14. Mobile App Notes

Our mobile app may access device IDs, usage stats, and crash logs, and storage permission only if you export or save a wheel image. You can manage all of this from your device’s app settings.

15. Policy Updates

We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever this policy changes. For bigger changes, we’ll try to flag it clearly in the app or on the site.
